Metal-bond (Sintered) Blades is an excellent choice for softer materials substrates such as PCB, Silicon and BGA. It has excellent form holding and corner characteristics, provide very long life, high level of consistency.
Recommended for users requiring very straight cuts and larger blade exposures.
